2.How to Apply

① Income Level Verification [For current students only]:
Apply via the Korea Student Aid Foundation website (www.kosaf.go.kr)
(Available from July 10, 9:00 AM. See: About the Foundation > News > Notices → “WEST Language Training Loan Application Guide”)

  • Note: This is not an actual loan application, but a mandatory step for income verification.

② Online Application:
Submit your application form, self-introduction, and personal information agreement form via the World Job+ website (www.worldjob.or.kr)

③ Document Submission:
Submit the required documents directly to the WEST program contact office at your university (usually under international exchange or career services)

※ All three steps (①, ②, ③) must be completed to be considered for university recommendation.
(Graduates only need to complete steps ② and ③)

○ Application Path: Login → Recruitment & Opportunities → Overseas Internship

3.Final Selection Announcement
Expected on August 27, 2025 (Wed), 4:00 PM (subject to change)

① 소득분위 확인 신청 : [졸업생 제외] 한국장학재단 누리집(www.kosaf.go.kr)에서 신청 (※ 7.10.(목) 오전 9시부터 신청 가능) (재단소개>알림>공지사항에서 “한미대학생연수(WEST) 어학연수비 대출신청 안내” 확인)
– 관련문의: 한국장학재단 kosafwest@kosaf.go.kr, 1599-2000 / 실제 대출 진행이 아니며, 소득분위 확인을 위한 필수 단계임
② 온라인 지원 : 월드잡플러스 누리집(www.worldjob.or.kr)을 통해 참가신청서(온라인지원서, 자기소개서, 개인정보제공동의서)를 작성하여 최종 제출
③ 서류 제출 : 소속 대학 WEST 프로그램 접수처(국제교류 또는 취업 관련 부처)에 직접 관련 서류 제출
※ 상기의 ①, ②, ③ 과정을 모두 완료해야 최종적으로 대학의 추천을 받아 WEST 프로그램을 신청할 수 있음.
